Yang is the Founder and Managing Director of NuBright Fund Services Limited, a Hong Kong-incorporated company established in February 2019. Under her leadership, she has built a boutique fund administration firm by leveraging her extensive expertise in business strategy, financial management, and market development within the fund services sector. She applies over 20 years of specialised experience in fund administration to drive the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
Mrs. Yang embarked on her tenure with Apex Fund Services Limited in 2009 and subsequently rose to the position of Managing Director of its China office. In this capacity, she spearheaded the company’s market entry into China and oversaw the establishment and growth of its local operations. Before joining Apex, Mrs. Yang began her career in fund administration with Custom House Administration & Corporation Services Limited in Dublin, Ireland, where she gained foundational experience and deepened her industry knowledge.
